List of Timothy D. Imler's Reviews
Have been to other gastroenterology doctors. He diagnosed me. It wasn't my stomach. Was my esophagus pushing to hard. Dr. Imler said that the other doctors should have caught it. Dr. Imler took the time to listen to me. The appointment went really well. With the test came back He took action.
I would never recommend Dr. Imler or any of his crew at IU up north. I feel I have been treated poorly and judgement passed on me for my past drug addiction even though I have almost 4 years sober. Every time I see him my past addiction is always brought up. I am not taking seriously about my GI issues. I can never get into contact with any of him or his staff. It is very upsetting.
Excellent experience. Explained procedure well and very friendly.
Dr. Imler doesn't listen to his patients. He doesn't pay attention to family history. He would rather come up with a weirdo (WRONG) diagnosis that makes him look smart than to figure out the problem. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this man. I was sick for months after telling him I was certain I had gallbladder issues. After arriving finally at the IU North Emergency Room, I got a diagnosis within minutes that I'd been exactly correct. I had surgery and I'm better now. But all Dr. Imler wanted to do was a useless colonoscopy. He needs to grow up and open his ears. I will never set foot in that office again.
He was very informative & put me right at ease. Loved his sense of humor. Took his time to answer all my questions & made sure I understood what he was explaining. I would recommend him to anyone.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
