List of Timothy E. Dicke's Reviews
Dr. DIcke ordered extra tests, consulted with a colleague, and clearly explained his assessment & recommendations. I appreciate his extra time, thoroughness, and kindness.
DrDicke He was the best and most personable Dr, I have come in contact with in years. And I have a primary care physician . I was never, left in the room long enough to even look at my phone. He explained. everything thoroughly ,did the procedure, I was on my way.And felt better a few hours later.Dr,Dicke is great in my book.
Extremely frustrated by my whole experience at OrthoIndy with Dr. Dicke. I look forward to speaking to the team lead when they return my call. Dr. Dicke acts like he's doing me a favor. He talked over me when I was speaking to him on the day of my surgery. Terrible bedside manners!!! Seemed very narcistic. (The surgery went fine and I felt like I was in capable hands). He told me on the day of my surgery and at my post-op appt. to see go see the Rheumatology Associates. He said he could make the referral for me. I've called every week for 6-8 weeks about getting the referral made (you can't make an appointment to see a rheumatologist without the referral). It's not getting done. What should take 2 minutes of his (his assistant's?) time is taking months to get done. It's preventing me from trying to get answers and relief in my hand. To me this shows that he's in it for the money and not the patient.
From the time you walk in the door you are treated efficiently and in a very timely manner!! Dr. Dicks is patient, he listens to you and I felt confident in his decision.
Dr. Dicke had a great bedside manner. He was thorough, listened to my son and together we came up with a good plan to move forward. I would highly recommend him!
I'm a regular patient at one of the OrthoIndy locations and I cannot believe the lack of empathy these doctors have after speaking to a few of the staff members. I visited a few days ago and spoke with staff asking why they weren't wearing masks or any protective gear/PPE, but they informed me that the upper management has not given them any protection against the coronavirus outbreak, nor any procedures to follow. This man is the head of the company from what I can see, and he left his entire staff at all locations to fend for themselves during the COVID-19 outbreak while he is on vacation. What a terrible system we have, and what terrible people to run a healthcare facility.
First time patient staf and doctor were extremely pleasant and courteous
I appreciated Dr. Dicke's "bedside manner". He is kind and I never felt rushed. We both originally thought I had carpel tunnel, but testing has shown that the issue is in my neck. Dr. Dicke ordered a neck MRI to confirm that before referring me to a spine specialist rather than just doing the referral without confirmation, which is much appreciated.
Fixed both of my wrists with excellent skill.
Dr. Dicke is fantastic! Great bedside manner, competent, very thorough and caring. Very pleased with my surgery. He also has a wonderful staff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
