My daughter was afraid to have a upper GI scope after a bad experience she had with a different doctor she was seeing before Dr Stevenson and Dr Stevenson was very good with her and assured her that she was going to take good care of her and that it wouldn't be like it was with her last doctor and she is special needs and it takes a lot to earn her trust and she wasn't sure that she would keep her word or if she was just saying that to make her feel better and in the end of the procedure my daughter said she kept her word and took good care of her back there like she said she would and had a better experience with her then the last doctor and they didn't try to shove anything in her mouth while she was awake and she made sure she was all the way out before they started the procedure and that the mouth guard was not to big for her mouth or try to force it in her mouth thank you so much for taking such good care of my daughter and keeping your word with her thats very important to her for her to trust people

Dr. James-Stevenson is knowledgeable and helpful. Her suggestions and diagnosis were appropriate. I believe she has helped me get my chronic condition under control.

Dr. Stevenson was very helpful and answered all of my questions. She was very easy to talk to and knowledgeable on my symptoms.

She performed my end Oscar P and colonoscopy and remove some polyps. I thought she was great! Very nice very comforting. And, most importantly, she knew what she was doing!

Outstanding physician. Listens and is very caring. After listening puts a plan together with follow up. The office staff on Saturday August 18, 2018 were also very awesome.

Follow up was horrible. Had to call 2-3 times for results of test. Although it was posted online I am not a doctor and didn't understand. Was told I'd be referred. Had to call again to check on the referral. It took them over a week to send the referral. As a result of the test I had, I got a UTI which is apparently common. I was told to call the doctor to get an antibiotic. This also took 2-3 days as I was in misery. Every one was very pleasant however we are people and have a medical problem

She deserves zero stars. I saw her for one appointment concerning severe gastrointestinal symptoms and this "doctor" refused to do ANYTHING at all other than refer me to a PSYCHIATRIST. I have since been diagnosed with a LIFE THREATENING invasive infection of the digestive system. This woman's incompetence could have cost me my life. She should have her license revoked.

First let me say, the staff was very pleasant, but the day I went they were short staffed. But I had to call to find out about test, and was told they had been mailed, they came 3 days later. I have been waiting on test by mail to arrive to me for 9 days, nothing yet. Also, someone was to contact me about online patient access portal, and never did. Not off to good start.

I was a bit fearful about the procedure, but Dr. James-Stevenson and her staff made the whole procedure a breeze.

Dr James-Stevenson has been nothing but the best since I first met her. She does not make you feel like just another patient. She tries to find answers and with me she has. She actually listens to what you are saying. I would recommend her highly.
