Dr pai alway is fallows thur if she doesn't know what's going on ahe stays quiet and send u to some who will know. She doesn't freak u out before hand like other dr., she always trys natural remedies before putting you on meds. Love that she for the people and not the feda

Dr. Pai is the worse doctor that I have ever had. I recently made an appointment with her for issues that I have been having. Her attitude is just as nasty as it has always been, and her main goal is to make as much money that she can and rush you out. Her personality is cold. I expressed to her each issue that I was having and she acted as if she could care less. I hate that I even went back. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor.

I called I explained that I was having a Emergency. They were real short with me. The could have at least said I hope u find somewhere. Instead they told me we cannot get you in until March or April . Then they hung on me intentionally. I hope the doctors that work there read how they treat there potentional cusstomers.

Dr Pai is not pay close enough attention to her patients.

She kept pushing a pap, pelvic exam, and the HPV vaccine when I was there for suspected bronchitis. This was despite her knowledge that my last pap was less than a year ago. Looking at other reviews, I see I'm not the only patient she pushes this stuff on. How is she still in practice?!

I am a disabled Retired Army Veteran living with Parkinson's and other crap. I was dropped by my previous Doctor, that no longer would honor the Military Insurance "Tricare" and Dr Pai took over my care and feel I am in better hands than before.Dr Pai has been my doctor for many years now. She has provided my family and I, with outstanding care.She has a straight forward common sense approach to medicine and provides direct honest input and feedback, which I really appreciate. She provides options when available for our care and is sensitive to the cost of prescriptions and treatments. I feel that I have never been sent for a test or procedure that wasn't needed.When needed, She has made time to see us even though her schedule was totally filled up. Her and her staff are courteous and respectful, when I call for an appointment or in their office. She is quick to respond to my questions or concerns via MyChart, the Community Online patient management system.I have recommended her to my family and friends. I feel very grateful to have Dr. Pai as my doctor.

She does not listen. Asks the same questions over. Does not know the medicine she prescribes and the side affects. Doesn't really seem caring. Wasted so much time and money with her.

I have had multiple tests ordered but no one ever calls me with my results.

I recently started going to Dr. Pai. She is my grandmothers doctor and was highly recommended. I was really anxious and nervous to see a new doctor and discuss my anxiety/depression with her but I am glad I did. She made me feel like I wasn't crazy and that I was going to be ok. She listened to me and I didn't feel rushed at all. She wrote me a script for a medication that has been so great for me. The second time I went back she remembered my last visit and genuinely cared how I was. I got a Pap smear that was a bit uncomfortable but not as painful as others I have had. The staff is all very kind! My nurse Theresa is such a doll. She is funny and so sweet! The ladies at the front desk are a bit gossipy but it didn't bother me. I would recommend Dr. Pai to anyone. She is great!
