Dr. Salanova was my 5th neurologist, after I had begun to have seizures, in the late 1980's. LONG story short, she quickly found the area that had been damaged, from a concussion, in the early 1980's. I had surgery, literally a few days after the location of the area causing horrible seizure issues, in 2003. Thanks to all she has done/continues to do, I am still happily here (2022), and feel encouraged following every quality yearly visit with her. Sincere thanks to Dr. Salanova!

My husband was scheduled for tests regarding his dementia. The doctor completely ignored what we had discussed at the office appointment and started testing for seizures, something she had already done. When I insisted that she address the dementia, she became rude and hateful, dismissing him from the hospital. She was hateful because I would not sleep on a cot in his tiny room due to my own health issues. She also stated that he had dementia because he had smoked marijuana 40 years ago.

I was referred to Dr. Salanova years ago and all I can say is that she & her staff have been a godsend to me. She the best neurologist that i have found & i will gladly drive the almost 3hrs for my appointment to see her.

BEST caring & knowledgeable neurologist I have ever met! Her and her super! nurse! The staff after getting to know me were good. I never felt a distance between her and me..she is the BEST of the bunch!

I have been a patient of Dr. Salanova's over 13 years for epilepsy. She has always been informative, thorough and very sensitive to my concerns. I am now seizure free, after a temporal lobectomy. I highly recommend Dr. Salanova.

Before getting refered to Dr. Salanova, I went through mutiple neurologists and pediatric neurologists for six years, and none of them could explain or diagnose my seizure disorder. With just a few tests and conferences Dr. Salanova had diagnosed, understood, and pin-pointed the exact problem I was having. Five doctors/specialists could not find something, in six years, that she found in just a few months. Thanks to Dr. Salanova I am now awaiting my life changing surgery. She is truely the best of the best.
