The office staff is great. Always friendly! Dr Blackwell nurse did a good job , and Dr Blackwell as always was knowledgeable and showed concern for my health. I wouldn't see anyone else as a primary care physician.

I have nothing but praise for Dr. Blackwell. He has consistently provided excellent care. However, I must express my concerns about their customer service. Unfortunately, my appointments have been canceled or rescheduled multiple times without prior notification. On my last visit, I arrived only to find they were in a meeting and couldn't see me. It's disheartening to feel like they don't prioritize these issues or show genuine care. Perhaps they are facing a heavy workload, but addressing these matters would greatly improve the overall experience.

I now live in Bloomington but still travel to Indy because of the care I receive from Dr Blackwell and his staff. Highly recommended.

The staff is very warm and welcoming. Always greeted with a smile. Sondra, my Nurse Practitioner, always explains everything, takes her time with patients, and gives me opportunity to ask questions.

I had compassionate care from Dr. David Blackwell and his team. Dr. Blackwell spent a lot of time with me during my physical and he answered all of my questions and he made me feel very comfortable.
