Advanced Regional Surgery Center's Online Review Report Card

My husband is due to have a round of shots for his back; however, he cannot get anybody to answer our questions regarding pricing (nor would they give him pricing while he was in the office). He has called the office several days in a row and NO ONE ever answers the phone or calls back! I even tried calling (left a message as well) and tried the operator...no answer there either and goes right back to the original voice recording. We need pricing before this procedure is done.UPDATE: My husband's doctor that sent him here had to make the phone call...they have since called him back.

Had my tonsillectomy done here. Staff were very nice and friendly! Environment was very clean. I was pretty nervous and they did an excellent job comforting me. 5 stars for Melissa and Jamie!

The staff were very nice and professional, they helped the surgery and recovery go smoothly. They were very efficient and helpful answering any questions that I had. Even called to see how I was doing the next day!! Thanks so much!!!

Everyone was great and helpful

I had a spinal surgery in August 2018 at this facility. Having never had a surgery of this nature I was unsure what to expect; however the staff were nice but not overly caring and I was rushed out the door and didn’t feel ready. Having now had a surgery at another local surgery center I would never ageee to surgery here again. The anesthesiologist was the worst medical professional with no bedside manor. I woke up from my surgery tangled in my bed and my face shoved up haunts a bed rail and had to literally cry to get nurses to move me.!I went home and it took weeks to get the tape off of me as well as my wound dressing came off that night when it was supposed to last a week and I had none of these issues with my second surgery.

I really should have read the reviews before coming here. Dr Hay had been so wonderful at Advanced ENT & allergy that I expected the same treatment here. It was like night and day. Everything here was done according to THEIR policy and their will. My daughter was given no agency over her own body, she was not listened to, I was denied the legal right to be with her both before anesthesia and after surgery, she woke up alone while I was shoved off into the waiting room. The only person who treated us with any courtesy was the nurse who checked us out. If your insurance will pay for a different facility, go there instead! I really wish we had

All staff was very excellent explained everything and a manner where we could understand it They took care of us really good We were in and out in no time Dr. even talked with me after the surgery was done I got all the instructions and they made me copies of it excellent place to go for surgeries

Dr Neumann was fantastic. Staff was courteous and great to work with. My 2.5 yr old needed a partial tonsilectomy in a bad way. She was able to talk and eat jello/ice cream that evening! Next day, she started a nosebleed...Dr Neumann met us at floyd, put her under, and double checked everything...he said she was healing perfectly. Things can always go unexpected, but how a dr handles it is what is important. This guy was at the hospital within 30 mins! We were out within 4 hours! THanks Dr Neumann!!

They treated my son and I with the upmost respect. They were all very kind and very caring. I hope nobody else in my family needs surgery, but if they do, I would choose here again.
