By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with an OBGYN. I often was the one to tell the staff what my appointments were for glucose testsprotein levelsetc because she forgot to put in the order and then staff had to call her and get said orders before services were rendered. My first visit I disclosed to her personal information as I was seeking guidance yet I was given answers such as “Oh I don’t know” and “I’m not really sure how that works.” My situation required additional treatment but because the office would not send my medical records i wasn’t able to get the medical attention in a timely manner. I signed and turned release forms to her office as well as at the office I was seeking treatment from. It took nearly 4 months to get the documentation because they would not send it Only as a result of me being in the waiting room expressing my discontent in front of other patients did I get my records. I received the Nexplanon implant for birth control and called last week because I had 3 positive pregnancy tests and the first question I got was “Are you wanting an abortion” Hell no I don’t want an abortion I could never have an abortion personally I’m 100% dissatisfied in every aspect of this practice If I could leave 0 stars I would. Maria was the only reason I was able to tolerate the Care she is absolutely amazing and I wish she would switch to my new doctors office.

I trust Dr Munsie she listens to my concerns. She understands how stressed out I get over certain issues. Yet she is very understanding and patient. I will recommend her. Once my daughter turns 18 she will be going to her as well.

Dr. Munsie is great and I loved working with her. I would give her alone 5 stars. However her staff is not on her level. The receptionist named Kristie was rude both on the phone and in person. I had to call 6 times in a row to try to find out who could help me and the Kristie did not care to help at all. Definitely makes me consider finding a different OB that has great staff all around.

I love Dr. Muncie. She spends time with her patients answers questions and actually listens. She is open to alternative therapies and options other than running straight to surgery I highly recommend her without hesitation.
