Dr. Jones is the most amazing Dr. I have ever come across. He actually listens to you and analyzed what my medicine complaint was before throwing a bottle of pills at me. I’ve been with him for a few years. He feels like family.

I don't recommend it. I come here to see my general physician and everytime I come I show up the requested 15 minutes early and then they can't bother to respect my time and see me at my appointment time. Every time I wait at least an hour from the time I arrive. The staff at least tends to be kind and try to be flexible but the wait is frustrating

I came in here about two weeks ago and have been meaning to do a review because I was beyond happy with my level of care here. The wait times are long but they just give you a call when you’re up to be seen. Walk in to get your name taken down and head back out to the car / outside to wait. Previous reviews really worried me and kept me from coming here for a few days! The blonde lady in the front was so kind and the NP I saw was awesome. The MAs that got me into my room and took vitals were also amazing. Just all around I was very happy and wanted to make sure that I left this review because all of these negative reviews were not reflected during my visit

Staff is rude and the doctor (Dr.Golden) cancels last minute with patients. The old lady at the desk is super rude. My money will NEVER go to Nortons! Shame on this branch!

I recognize this review is limited in scope but I moved to the area and wanted to switch my PCP. I was told three providers in this office were accepting new patients so I asked to make a new patient appointment. I was told there was no availability until December for a new patient. The definition of "accepting new patients" is not waiting 3-4 months for an appointment. Misleading and very disappointing. My search for a PCP continues...

I made my first appointment here after switching insurance and havingTo find a new doctor. I switchedMy shift at work to make said appointment , forMe to show up and then have no recordOf the appointment and the earliest they could squeeze me in was two hours later. This is unacceptable, healthcare is still customer service and if you mess up in customer serviceOwn your mistake and make it right! This is ridiculous!

When I changed my PC, I asked for someone that would "actually listen" to me. They set me up with Ms Laura Golden, who is an absolute ANGEL. She not only takes the time to listen to me, but, she explains things to me so that I can understand them.The staff is very nice and everyone there seems to care about you as an individual, not as a number.I have been truly blessed by changing to Norton's in Jeffersonville.Michele B. We recently switched doctors due to ours of over 16 years retiring. Dr Jones and his staff were very helpful, friendly and caring. They took the time to sit with us and review my husbands extensive history and current concerns. They treated us with respect and courtesy. They seemed to really care. We were very impressed. After 5 tries with different physicians we finally founs the right one for us. Thank you Dr Jones, Audrey and the rest of the staff!!
