I feel confident that changing my review from 1 to 5 is the right thing to do. They use to have ladies That worked in the office and didn’t care. Now they have ladies that actually do care I know that life happens sometimes. Maybe they Have had better training in the last set of ladies But they are fabulous at their jobs

The staff and doctors Dr. Lowe in particular are extremely friendly and actually act like they care about your needs. I would have gave 5 stars but now due to the high level of people that come here the waiting list is way too long. Especially when we are dealing with people who are in need of urgent care.

Normally they were awsome but I have Recently had a major issue with nothing being resolved so I’ve never failed a drug screen the whole time I’ve been there which has been over a year the office staff are very professional and amazing I also love the doctors But last time I was in there they told me I needed to schedule my appointment with the doctor which did not make any sense to me because I always made it at the office I questioned it they confirmed I thought maybe it’s because of COVID19 make it with the doctor so I made it with the doctor via video to the COVID19 When I showed up to provide my specimen and see the doctor via video at the office is what I was told to do they had no record of my appointment this was a Thursday so they put me on an oncall overflow Thursday going to same thing Friday about 130 I start getting worried and called and I got a hold of the call center which informed me that I was not gonna be able to be seen they close at 2 o’clock and I would have to wait until Monday I might be able to be seenAnd at the next appointment would not be until Thursday so that means I am going Friday Saturday Sunday and Monday without any medication I feel like It should be highly illegal if anything it’s very very unethical.And you have to be there 15 minutes BEFORE your appointment OR YOUR COUNTED AS LATE AN WILL NOT BE SEEN

Would give 5 stars but you guys dont answer phones ever.. Drs are awesome. But fix the phones.. No excuse for not being able to call your doctors office..
