Caring and compassionate doctor, very respectful of patient's wishes, and not a doctor that only wants to give prescription drugs, a good advocate for natural methods including good diet and exercises, and natural supplements. Took time to address concerns and did not feel rushed. Great doctor!!

Dr. Scruggs is the best! He takes time to listen to concerns, he communicates in a way that is easy to understand, and he makes sure his patients truly feel heard and cared for. Best primary care doctor I have ever had.

Dr. Scruggs is an asset to the community. He is knowledgeable, listens to concerns, asks questions and creates a dialogue to know the patient. He has a broad educational background which gives him an invaluable set of skills to draw from for an individualized approach to care. He is exactly what someone should look for in a physician.

Refused me care...from what I was told and it's on my voicemail by his nurse I had to see him first to talk to him about an MRI...if really looked at my history I've had back problems for over 20 yrs. His medical law ethics dont exist....Anthem is looking into to him because he will not talk to other medical professionals but ready to refer me to pain management after I do 6 therapy sessions...I'm not asking for pain management I'm asking u to tell therapy to know what your working and stop hurting me more I'm in worse pain bc of him. I have all of this documented and I'm assuming they think bc of the color of my skin I dont know nothing...bc it only makes sense to know what's going before you start treatment
