Dr Chimanda and get staff are amazing. My daughter became their patient because of severe anemia. They were gentle, kind, and reassuring. They asked if my daughter was comfortable with every test or procedure required and made it clear she was in charge of her own health. We have been there 3 years and have been pleased with every visit. They have been discreet, professional, and explained things clearly so we understood what was going on. Definitely calmed our fears and answered our questions. (Given the nature of being an OB/GYN, with any doctor, emergencies come up and can delay appointments. It's what you need to expect with a doctor who delivers babies or preforms emergency procedures. )

Wprse experience ever let us sit there for 3 long hours with a 1t month old before somebody finally told us she wasnt coming in no apology nothing the rudest professionals ever

The worst service ever!!!!!! Waited over 2 hours to be seen. I eventually just left. I dont believe this facility or the staff are concerned with womens health. Only those that need to be seen for their pregnancies did they seem to have prompt service. I refuse to see any doctor where im treated like a number. If u are looking to be seen for womens health this is 100% not the place for you!!! Find another doctor that has time for womens health and their concerns are not primarily only for those expecting. If u dont mind waiting 3 to 4 hours then go right head enjoy your time there. Then u read all the positives reviews all of them from women expecting. Probably becuz they dont see women who are not.

I waited in the office for more than 2 hours to be seen. Treated like i was just a number. If u are being seen for obgyn then maybe she is who u need to see. If you are being seen for womens health i dont believe this is the place for anyone. They dont have time for you and your health concerns.

Dr. Chimhanda has been my dr for 7 years! She has delivered all three of my babies. She shows the upmost care and concern, going way above and beyond what other doctors do. She goes beyond the “medical” and really cares. I will never go anywhere else! I love my dr!

Dr Chimhanda delivered my second child 5 years ago and was an incredible and compassionate physician. The staff was friendly and helpful. My needs were listened to and met. Upon recently discovering i am pregnant again with my 3rd child, I contacted this same office to set up an appointment. To my dismay, they wanted to do labs before scheduling an appointment, due to my not knowing the date of my missed period. I felt this was very impersonal, but I went ahead. I had labs drawn on Saturday at the hospital and waited to hear from them. They called my husband's number instead of mine and when he tried to give them the correct number, they did not take my number to call me. He let me know, so I contacted them instead. I left a message on the clinical staff voicemail between 11-11:30am that we received a call and i was calling them back. The message on The machine said that messages received after 4pm would be returned the next business day. So I was expecting a call back that same day since my message was left before noon. No call. So I called back the next day and explained that my husband received a call, I called back yesterday and I didn't receive a response so I was calling back again. They sent me to a different lady in their office's voicemail so i left a message for this person explaining the whole situation and stating that I would just like to set up an appointment. I received a call back within an hour. She told me she spoke to clinical staff and none of them contacted me, she said I have not been contacted bc they haven't received the lab results from the hospital, and that she listened to their machine and I did not leave a message for them. I explained that we did indeed receive a phone call and told her which staff member contacted us, and asked why I would have been contacted by this staff member if the labs had not yet been received? While this lady was very kind, I did not appreciate the insinuation that I am a liar- that I didn't leave a message, that nobody contacted me and that they hadn't received the labs. She assured me she would sort it out and set up an appointment by the end of the day. She did call me back to set up an appointment, but I realized that I was already being lost in the numbers and I haven't even set up my first appointment yet. The reason I switched my ob gyn for my second pregnancy was bc I had an awful experience being lost in the numbers and the impersonal ways of a?different dr with my first pregnancy. This seemed to be becoming a repeat, just with a different dr this time. I refuse to go through that again. I have decided to switch providers. After making my decision, I spoke with a good friend who recently delivered and discovered she never got to see the same dr throughout her pregnancy at this office, the doctors didn't communicate with one another, and that she often came home from appointments crying because she was afraid nobody would know what was going on when it was time for her to deliver her baby. They obviously don't run this office the way they used to. I don't want an impersonal experience with a drs office ever again during pregnancy, so I am glad I made the decision to switch. On the plus side, the staff was kind, and Dr Chimhanda herself was always an exquisite doctor. But if you only get to see her occasionally throughout pregnancy, does that even matter?
