Do not, under any circumstances take your children here regardless of recommendations from your local pediatrician. Absolutely traumatizing for my child only to be given no answers and only a recommendation to a pediatric eye doctor. They had no idea how to handle a scared child after dilating a 2 year olds eyes for some reason beyond the scope of detail I think you need for a 2 year old.

Dr. Dinn is a top-notch ophthalmologist. In the beginning of my treatment 6 years ago I went to the famed Cleveland Clinic for a second opinion and the doctors there praised Dr Dinn very highly. they said they could not have done anything better than what he had already done. Before I went to see Dr Dinn diabetes had already taken my left eye but he has prevented it from taking my right eye.

I would like to strongly recommend Robert B Dinn, MD for your eye doctor. He is the most professional, skilled, thoughtful, caring and compassionate eye doctor I have ever been to. He explains everything about my eyes, especially the Macular Degeneration that he diagnosed me with recently. He is honest about my eye disease and explains the treatment he recommends so I do not live in fear due to my mother suffering blindness as the result of Macular Degeneration.

Dr. Dinn is the best. Not only is he a super Dr. He is personable and I feel very comfortable with him.

I do NOT recommend any one come to this practice. Dr Dinn was terrible with my son. We had a horrible experience and I notified him and the office of this before we left the office that day. I said we would not be returning to this practice. He was rude and had a terrible bedside manner, not only towards my son, but also toward me. There was no follow up or further inquiry from this practice. It has been 3 years and 2 months since that terrible experience with Dr Dinn. This morning I receive a “reminder call” since my son hasn’t been seen since February of 2016. I notified the lady that that was correct, we had a horrible experience with Dr Dinn and we were not ever returning. I also told her that I filed a complaint about it at the time of service. She said this was just a reminder call and she would remove us from the call list. No further questions were asked. I’m still shocked that I have finally received a call from this office and they seemed clueless of our treatment there. They must not read any reviews or comments about their office because they are calling me to schedule an appointment for my son over 3 years later...
