Terrible experience with Taylor ( office manager) Jenny ( receptionist) wanting us to come in person for referral since we had not been there since 9-2021. That’s fine if that is the doctors policy, but Taylor said the doctor didn’t say so… she did. Bossy, condescending, arrogant and rude staff. We had to order a colon test. We just want a urologist since the doctor didn’t think it was so important at the time of visit when blood was reported in urine then. Not to mention a video call was set for today and they charge us a copay. Then, they call to say she ( Jenny) isn’t approving it. Doctor Ty may need to have a meeting or consider better staff with good manners.

Dr Ty is an exceptional Dr that really cares about you & he treats you without judgement. He, on a routine appointment just from what I told him, knew I had a blocked artery & immediately took steps to get it taken care of. I had a stent put in & am great now. I moved to Northern New York, and I miss him so much. We need more Doctors like him here!!

Dr Ty will spend all the time you need to figure out any medical need.

The worse admin. staff around. Dr. Ty is great but his staff and getting an appointment is unreal. Today May 20, 2022. I called to change an appointment. I was number one on hold for 37 minutes. When they finally answered they stated they were only person there and had to take care of paying clients. I know everybody is hurting from loss of employees since Covid but they were this bad before Covid. Head manager of office is one of the Dr. wife. She is really bad as a manager. Never handles things just drops them. They never return calls on time if at all. Never do what they say they will. Dr. Ty needs to find a new office manager. I left him due to admin. staff. You really need to work on customer satisfaction. The doctors should try playing the role of a patient. It is really hard to waste 37 minutes of a working day waiting for someone to answer the phone. I had a phone in both ears trying to reach a real person at the office. Tried the payment option, thought they always want money. Well it was subbed out and not in the office either. Then I called for appointment change on second phone and they answered the 2 caller but never the first caller. Bad, bad office review.

Elderly patients beware! He has stopped working on helping my mother and instead wants to line his pockets by demanding she be put in a nursing home that he conveniently is the medical director of.

Office is horrible at communicating front office manager lady is always hateful and rude. If it wasn’t for doctor Ty I would have left .

Dr Ty diagnosed me with a serious intestinal Infection. He knows his medicine. If there are delays it is due to the office. Ring so busy. There is a doctor shortage in Kokomo. This is our reality here. He does his best. Had he not diagnosed me with this infection things would have been a lot more grim. He knows his medicine and has my trust

You will be given wre n an appointment time of 1:30 and still sit in the waiting room for an hour before you're called back. By the time you get in the room, you'll sit there for another 20 minutes before Dr. Ty sees you. But he only spends 5 minutes with you. His office mgr is not personable at all. If I was a dog, I could get in and out of my dog's veterinarian office quicker than that. Needless to say, I switched doctors and wont recommend this office to any one.
