Dr. Smetana has performed three surgeries for me, all of which produced fabulous results. I work with hand tools on a daily basis and am sure I will have issues in the future. I am certain I will have him perform all future procedures.

Doctor was nice, on time, and professional. He wanted to xray my finger. That was done inhouse with little waiting. My only negative exp. was with the online pre.regestration. Attempted it 2 times, but could never get past page 4 or so.

Long initial wait in lobby area and staff was not very friendly or welcoming. Why was I asked to be 15 minutes early when I waIted half an hour past my appointment time before being admitted? Good thing I brought a book. Dr Smetana explained options well. From that point Michelle was friendly and helpful. Jenn in PT was very nice and gave me good instruction.

Dr. Smetana, and Elizabeth (Biz) Fouch are a wonderful team. They always stay and explain everything so you understand. They never rush through a visit, and always listen to your concerns. I won't go to any other doctor for hand to shoulder needs. I've been going to them for three years. 5 Stars from me always! Thank you for being the best!!!

The entire staff was very friendly and informative was really impressed with a team of 4 doctors discussing my procedure also was not much waiting

Dr. Smetana was effective at providing the information I needed to make a decision on treatment for my hand. He patiently waited for me to choose my way forward, noted this on his chart and then carried it out. My range of motion without pain has increased and I am happy with the results of this visit.
