Such an amazing experience with Dr Storment’s office from the moment we walked through the door. The facility is beautiful and inviting. The staff is incredible beyond words. The nurses and ultrasound tech we interacted with showed so much empathy and compassion. Dr Storment’s demeanor is warm and welcoming. He is thorough, open and honest with every possible detail we may encounter and pursue during our fertility journey. We are in the beginning phase of our fertility journey but I am so confident in the choice we made by choosing Dr Storment and his amazing staff to guide us through this important step in our lives.

The care I experienced was top notch. From the front desk to the back desk I felt comfortable and seen.

I’m in shambles after what feels like being scammed out of money again. Poor service when it comes to going through the insurance and getting a actual coverage cost. When I brought it up to the office about being charged out of pocket all this time when I have some coverage I was told it was to late for them to do anything. During a time like this things should be stress free as possible.

I recently had a rather disheartening experience before I even stepped in the building for my new patient appointment at the doctor's office that compelled me to share my thoughts and concerns. one of the doctor's employees called me to confirm my appointment the DAY BEFORE the appointment and advised that I would also have to pay the full visit price of another $25 after I already paid a $100 deposit to secure my appointment, despite the fact that she had knowingly provided false information regarding the verification of my health insurance coverage. I was confused because my health insurance DOES covers fertility benefits which I had verified with my health insurance over a month before my scheduled appointment. I advised her of this and asked if she verified my health insurance benefits. She stated yes and kept repeating over and over that "bluecross blue shield does not cover fertility no ma'am they never cover fertility " To my dismay, she dismissed my concerns without any attempt to investigate or resolve the issue. Her attitude was disrespectful and unprofessional, displaying a lack of empathy for the financial strain this unexpected expense would cause. I found it deeply troubling that she exhibited no interest in rectifying the situation or ensuring a satisfactory patient experience. Confused and taken aback, I once again got on the phone with BCBS to AGAIN confirm I did have benefits. I told the BCBS rep what was going on. The BCBS representative had to place me on hold and contact the doctors office directly to advise that I do have benefits. It was clear from the BCBS phone call that my fertility benefits were indeed NEVER verified before my appointment like promised. When scheduling a doctor appointment one should expect to have a professional and efficient experience especially when it comes to the most simplistic task of medical billing but it's clear the person who handles billing lacks basic courtesy and empathy. It is not only the inconvenience and financial implications of this incident that disappointed me, but also the blatant dishonesty on the part of the employee. It is concerning to think that someone entrusted with handling insurance matters would falsely claim to have verified the coverage, ultimately putting the patient in a difficult and unfair situation. As a patient, I believe it is crucial for healthcare providers to prioritize clear communication, accuracy, and integrity in their dealings with patients. Patients should be able to trust that the information provided by medical staff is accurate and reliable. Unfortunately, my experience at this particular doctor's office fell far short of these expectations. In conclusion, I would strongly advise potential patients to exercise caution when talking to the billing person. The unprofessional behavior and dishonesty displayed by their employee during my visit have left me with a negative impression. I hope that this review serves as a cautionary tale and prompts the doctor's office to address these issues, ensuring a more respectful and honest approach to patient care and financial matters. Furthermore, it would have been truly ashame if I would of canceled my appointment altogether after being wrongly informed ONE DAY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT that my insurance did not cover anything at all while also forfeiting the $100 deposit I had to put on file. There is just no excuse for being plain lazy at your job. I will continue to see Dr. Storment because I liked the medical care I received by him and his team. I will not let one bad egg taint my selection of a healthcare provider. 5 stars for the care -5 stars for billing

Dr. Storment and his team are amazing. They are so nice and helpful, and they answered every question we had.

What kind of insurance do they take? If any?

The doctors and nurses were great to my wife and I but I am getting frustrated that they haven’t refunded us the large credit we have due to overpayment because of insurance. When my wife contacts them it’s one excuse after another just send the check. We are already in debt due to fertility and could really use this money. If I owed money they would call me every day so please just refund us what is owed to us so we can get on with our lives after infertility
