This place has brochures from corner to corner, talking about "have ADHD? YOURE NOT ALONE! Try Adderall or vyvanse." A very dear and loved person of mine, who I will not name, has been coming to this place for 3 years, he's been on Adderall for that time as well. He has tried many different ways to treat his condition and none have worked. He is a veteran and suffers from severe anxiety, like wake up in the morning and have a legit panic attack 30 minutes later, for no reason other than he's went untreated for anxiety for so long and now it's just gotten worse. Until his doctor at the time, Turner, recommended a very low dose of adavan, like .25 is the dose but it works for him. He doesn't take it everyday, just when he starts to get that feeling of anxiety or if he can't sleep, he'll take one. This office switched his doctors and now hes with a small minded, know it all, named JEFF. Jeff thinks he's right about everything and can just walk in on a new patient and point out all the stuff that needs to be stopped or "he doesn't feel comfortable with." Even though the 2 medications he is on have worked wonders for him, he graduated from the maintenance program at Subaru, he's been there 7 years, he's got a good career going, all while being on these 2 medications. Jeff thinks he can raise his voice at his patients, why? Oh, because he's right about everything and has no back bone to stand up for his people who can't be cured with 1 pill. It kills me that people assume that because you're already being treated for one thing, that it should treat you for all things, like if you take Adderall for ADHD you shouldn't have any anxiety, it just goes away, what? How? We're not talking zanny bars here folks, it's literally the size of an claritin allergy pill. It makes me so sick that people like JEFF still have job's. People who suffer with ADHD and anxiety are afraid to bring the topic up to their doctors because of the reaction they might get because of people like JEFF. I feel like if you know what works for you, you should be able to talk to your doctor. I'm sick of these doctors pushing herbal tea and whatever super grand supplement they have for the month, down the throats of patients. Haven't you heard? We've all tried green tea thinking " this better heal all my problems" but it doesn't, just leaves you with an odd taste in your mouth. People have to go to work, im not trying to shoot down herbs all the way, I know they're good for you but my point is, herbs and teas, most supplements, don't work immediately, when you're on the verge of a panic attack or just super anxious, you have to have something. Or when you're mind runs a 100mph, you can't focus on one thing. I am so angry because my loved one is a good man, he was doing so good on this but doctors like JEFF like to make people uncomfortable. I hope my loved one can switch doctors, this JEFF guy needs to move on and start his own herb& meditation shop.
I love coming here, the ladies at front desk are always friendly and laughing with you... Jill is amazing...
Achieved the goal we had in one visit after many appointments with "specialists" Highly reccomended
I have been a patient here since the beginning of 2018. I have been treated with nothing but respect. I finally have someone who will actually listen to what I have to say about my pain, ADHD, insomnia and anxiety. I have given them absolutely no reason to not treat me with the same respect to them, as they have given me. As someone in my mid 40s and to finally have a doctor actually listen to me, has been absolutely amazing. I hope to continue to be a patient for a very long time. Thank you to all the doctors and staff here, you're all wonderful, caring and understanding
This is the place to go! The doctor takes time looking at all symptoms. TRT is the best!
I have been a patient with Dr. Turner for over 20 years. I had mostly good experiences with his office staff until recently. Two months ago a tumor was discovered on my ovary and my OB/GYN doctor and I decided it was necessary to do a hysterectomy. There were no malignant masses but there were some calcium deposits found in the tumor upon biopsy. I called to speak with Jill about some research I had done regarding this. Apparently if you take a certain type of magnesium and vitamin K-2 if draws the calcium out of the tissues and back into the bones. After the phone call with Jill, one of the girls at the front desk called and told me she was calling to check me out. I said, check me out of what? She said there is a charge for the phone call, $100 to be exact, this was a 10 minute phone call. I was never informed beforehand that there would be a charge for a phone call from the nurse. This phone call was 10 minutes at most. I have never been charge for any phone calls I've made to speak to a nurse or if a nurse called me from any of my other doctors offices. This is outrageous! He won't take my insurance, I'm on medicare and have gap insurance so I have to pay out of pocket for everything and I was told by the girl at the front desk this is their policy and this was the cheapest charge. I have policies too! I am officially done! Their lack of caring about the patient and rudeness, over charging their patients for their products which continue to rise and now charging patients for phone calls has convinced me to go elsewhere. In addition to this I haven't seen Dr. Turner in over five yeas. He is arrogant and only interested in promoting his supplements, therefore. I have been seeing one of the nurses. My recommendation is find another doctor.
I have struggled with addiction for almost 15 years. I have for many years never reached out for help because I was ashamed. I called Innovative Medicine on Thursday April 7th and spoke with Brandy (who was very kind and helpful!) She was able to get me an appointment that Monday April 11th! After reading the reviews and developing my own opinion of this company, I am so excited to meet each and everyone of them and get my life back! Thank you for all you do!!
I have been seeing Tracy for almost 5 years, she is AMAZING!!
Dr. Turner changed my life! I have Hashimoto's, an autoimmune disorder. He listened to how I was feeling and adjusted my meds until I felt good. He also addressed several other health issues. I feel great after only 3 visits! Highly recommend Dr. Turner & his friendly staff!
Been a Patient for Years and never had an issue. Everyone that works there is super friendly. The Doc Turner and his team of other Doctors are great and spend time listening. They think outside the box.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
