My son had a severe allergic reaction to an antibiotic and he was admitted for it and was referred to Dr Jay Prochnau he was diagnosed with Serum sickness. Dr Prochnau was very knowledgeable and made time to get him in next day after being discharged because the medication wasn’t working! He has been available to answer any question i may have on any ongoing symptoms to it very knowledgeable and definitely has put me at peace with any doubts! Hes great and his staff very nice!

Dr Prochnau is the best! He diagnosed my latex allergy and MCAS and treats me for both. He not only treats; he truly understands and is willing to discuss treatment options. He has been a lifesaver for me and has taught me a lot about my diagnoses. I would not be alive if it were not for him. I also greatly appreciate Dr P’s staff. They are all amazing and caring. I go in every two weeks for Xolair shots and the staff knows me well and takes very good care of me. I would NEVER go anywhere else. They are amazing in this office.

Dr. Prochnau is amazing!! I have been to see him twice now and he is so caring about my situation and determined to get me some answers. He listens and truly cares about me. Dr. Prochnau is very knowledgeable and understanding and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a great allergist!

I would give no stars if I could. Scheduled an appointment for my son who lives on campus at Purdue months in advance with this office. Talked to schedulers multiple times arranging this appointment. Gave them our personal info. Arranged a day off work to travel to get my son to the appointment and the doctor would not see my son. We were on time, and told we were late (scheduling problem on their end). When I have to arrange an appointment and take a day off of work I am well aware of what time my appointment is. DO NOT give this doctor/facility your business. Patient Care is the last thing on this doctor's mind. It is clear to me now why he's accepting patients.

Dr. Prochnau is a great allergist, has taken care of all three of my children. Great with any age and very compassionate. Would recommend.

Spot on diagnosis followed by top-notch treatment. He gave me my life back and I'd highly recommend him to anyone suffering from allergies.

I've seen many allergists over the years, and believe Dr. Prochnau is the best I've had for both his expertise, and his demeanor with patients. Has solved some big problems for me and my kids. Highly recommend

Dr. Prochnau is a very personable, knowledgeable doctor. He was extremely helpful when I went to him with my asthma, and during the time when I couldn't afford prescription meds, he gave me as many samples as I needed to make it through. He also worked with me and only ever based his plans and prescriptions on where I was and what I was willing to do. Highly recommended.
