MIchael L. Bagnoli's Online Review Report Card

Today I had my wisdom teeth removed and was going to be sedated, a process I was quite anxious about. Courtney and Dr. Bagnoli were super kind, eased my worries, made sure I was comfortable, and got to know me a bit first. I am in very little to no pain after the surgery and they made sure to provide the medicine to ensure I stay that way. I hope to bring any further oral surgery needs here. Also, I can't believe Dr. Bagnoli has such a low rating here on Google! The concerns from the negative reviews are unfounded.

Not one person at the front desk was wearing a mask during an ongoing pandemic with a new variant. Unsafe and dangerous. I do not recommend coming here, especially if you are immunocompromised. Staff here clearly don’t care about patient safety.

He is not just one of the best oral surgeons in town, even after all these years of practicing he still shows the compassion for his patients as he did when I 1st meet him years ago. Just recently I had to have 2 teeth removed and bone graft, while doing the procedures, he made sure I was as comfortable as I could and pain free. After the procedure he said he would be checking on me over the weekend to make sure I was doing ok. Normally a person from their staff handle this. To my surprise, I actually received a call from him checking on me. With the technology changing our lives over the years, I'm glad there are still doctors who care about their patients as dr Bagnoli does.

Dr. Bagnoli is competent, but his business office and front desk people are extremely rude and the office is not a member of Anthem Medical, apparently so they can extract more money from their customers. So if you are going in here, be prepared to be treated like an object rather than a patient or a person with limited funds for medical care.

I have only went here after bad experience somewhere else. There friendly and fast and make sure your ok. Wish they took payments tho

Dr Bagnoli is an exceptional oral surgeon who really cares about his patients. I would recommend him and the Office team for anyone in need of dental help.

Dr. Bagnoli is very nice and very professional. Had to get tooth extracted and implant put in and he called a few days later himself to make sure I was doing ok. Would definitely recommend.

Oral surgeon Dragoon extracted tooth #2 while I was awake. Mr Dragoo and his assistant were very professional and described the procedure step by step. Called the following day to see how I was doing. Highly recommended.
