I will never go back.. You do have a choice and I will choose to wait longer if needed and do it through IU Health. The actual MRI wasnt the worst but I was met by the most condescending and rude employee I have ever dealt with when I had a question about insurance.

My doctor referred me for a CT scan. I was kind of nervous about the procedure but the whole process was very smooth very professional. The staff were friendly and comforting. The procedure itself was quick and easy. The staff explained everything clearly. Would definitely recommend again.

If you need imaging we would highly recommend this facility. They were very prompt in making an appointment and the personnel were very kind friendly compassionate and professional. Tina did my work this morning and I am totally satisfied with the way she handled the whole situation. Give her five thumbs up 👍👍👍👍👍😄

The staff in back are great. However scheduling a deaf patient with dementia after the referring physician stated it as well as myself when scheduling there was no record of request nor an interpreter. The staff in back worked to try to make it easier. Medical facilities need to give deaf community the graces they would any other with language barrier. Also closed captioning on tvs at all medical facilities would make sense.

Have had several MRIs performed here staff is always professional and kind no long wait times very easy to get an appointment and they get the results to my doctor quickly. Id recomment CDI to friends and family.

The staff were excellent and supportive. My test took a long time and ended up being quite painful had an injury but the technician was very helpful and got me through it. I would definitely use again.
