List of Robert Bigler's Reviews
First appointment and very satisfied with Dr Bigler and his staff. Very thorough and personal.
I have received three epidural injections from Dr Bigler and have had great relief from them. The staff and related professionals have been very kind, understanding and attentive. I have found them to be professional and thorough.
He is personable and friendly and very professional and he is a very very good doctor.
Dr Bigler allows his Office Mgr Rhonda to be rude to his patients when a patient asks for valium prior to an epidural in Jan 2021. This is after being a patient two years. Never failing a dug screen. Never missing an appt. Medicaid requires a PA which they don’t want to do and have told me before to chalk up the $6 cost myself rather than run it thru insurance. Even though I am willing to do that now despite my SSI income only in order to avoid changing Drs, I was fired as a patient today by Rhonda and will be abruptly removed from pain meds I need to function without proper notice to replace this Dr. This is absolutely the worst kind of pain care one can receive! Go elsewhere if you don’t want to be treated inhumanely! A doctor is only as good as his staff!!!
Dr. Bigler and Staff have been excellent. One of these days, I hope the Federal and State Governments will stop "cracking down" on pain management doctors as if they were bad people. They are not. Because of regulations, I have to see them unnecessarily (in my opinion) every 60 days and I have to have my pills counted and urine sampled (this is getting expensive since I have to go out of my health network). My primary provider just wants to do pricy surgeries which can make things worse for lots of people. I've had all the procedures that didn't help, I've had surgeries that made things worse. If there wasn't such a huge push to get people to stop narcotic pain medicine, I wouldn't have even done the botched surgery (by another Doctor) in the first place. Thank you Dr. Bigler for standing up to the Federal Government!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Bigler for over 8 years now. I used to have complete confidence in him and was always so happy with my care. However the past couple years it’s been different. He does not remember anything about me because every single visit he asks me the same questions about my medical history. At least he could look at my chart before coming in the room so it’s not blatantly obvious he doesn’t remember anything. He is always running an hour or more behind but I’m lucky to get 10 minutes of his time when I see him. He does not follow through or follow up with treatment plans except for prescriptions. Each visit is like starting over from scratch. When talking to him or asking questions he doesn’t really pay attention. Every time I see him, he gets interrupted by staff who need something for another patient. I have decided to start seeing the nurse practitioners to see if they are are more fitting for me, but I may end up asking my PCP for a referral to a new office.
Best pain management doctors I have ever had. He listens to me and watches my progress as if I were family. He is concerned about my health and that is important to me. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Bugler was terrific! He knew I was nervous about my procedure and made me feel very comfortable. He told me everything he was doing and what I should expect. I would recommend him 100%
All he cares about is the almighty buck, went to him for many years. He was always wanting to do a procedure on me, he was very good until the DEA came down on him for writing so many prescriptions which was due to his own arrogance. He let me know that he was the only one who would be writing my prescriptions. He wrote me prescriptions for meloxicam for arthritis and several others.
What a great guy! Was very tuned into my problems. Gave me hope!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
