Staff very nice. No one wore gloves. One of the four staff members that took care of my family member washed hands. No hand sanitizer in rooms or halls. The Dr. did not use standard precautions when injecting medication into my family member's eye.

Dr. Kusumi is the kindest doctor and the nursing staff are knowledgeable and kind. I was so scared and didn’t know what to expect when going in for my first appointment, but they made me feel welcome and assured I would be okay. God bless Dr. Kusumi and his staff. Yes it’s a long wait, but he’s a very busy man. I was always appreciative of his time and caring nature.

My mother has been a patient of Dr. Kusumi for over a year. We have never been to an appointment that we have not had to wait. The shortest wait was an hour and longest was over 3 hours. She finally had her fill at her last appointment after an hour. She was told it would always be like this. This office needs to know that the patient's time is just as important as the doctor's.

I was referred to Dr. Kusumi after complications with a cataract removal. He was very informative and friendly. Put me at ease immediately. He and his staff are just great. I couldn't ask for better care.

Would never recommend Dr Kusumi or his staff. After surgery nurse ripped gauze and tape off my face, it was so painful. The surgery on my eye to repair a detached retina was not done correctly and I had to return to my regular eye surgeon (he was out of state) to have it corrected. My right eye will never heal correctly.

I had a cataract removed by another doctor. It was explained that my cataract was dense and pieces could break off. They did. I was immediately referred to Dr. Kusumi & he scheduled me for surgery that day. He & his staff have been wonderful. Couldn't ask for better care. Thank you all.

I was in lafayette visiting fam and developed an eye problem. Their scheduler was kind enough to squeeze me into a same day appointment despite a full schedule. I am so thankful she did. Dr Kusumi and his staff were very kind and attentive. Despite having an office full of patients Dr. Kusumi took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was aware of any warning signs and how to have a speedy recovery.
