Zachary Napier's Online Review Report Card

My first appointment with Dr. Zachary NaPier was 09/25 and I had surgery on 10/03. I was very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of his office staff and Dr. NaPier himself. He is a 10+ as far as skills, professionalism, communication, and time spent with me to answer all questions. Each and every time I saw him, whether in the office or the hospital, he was exactly the same. He made me feel like he actually cared about me as a person and what was getting ready to happen surgically. I would highly recommend him to anybody having spinal issues. Thank you, Dr. NaPier and your staff. 👍👍👍

Dr. Napier is very nice, He explains your procedure to you very well. He did a great job on my surgery! I had instant pain relief after my procedure. GREAT SURGEON!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!

I came in to see Dr. Napier after a year of debilitating back pain that had progressed to excruciating levels and an inability to sit or stand for any length of time. Post surgery I am so much better and can now return to the quality of life to which I was previously accustomed. He was very patient with our questions and did a great job explaining all that was involved throughout the process. I'm so glad I entrusted him with my care.

Dr. NaPier is a young, professional, pleasant doctor with a compassionate bedside manner. My 82 year old dad had a serious issue with arthritis poking into his spine which had to be removed ASAP. Dr. NaPier made it all happen. After 6 weeks of surgery dad is walking with a cane and only taking over the counter pain meds. Home health was ordered which made rehabilitation easy. The office staff is friendly and competent. Not only did they repair my dad's spine, they made it easy for me as dad's caregiver.

What an awesome experience. Who would have thought I would say this after an artificial disc replacement? Dr. Napier has been the most skilled, professional and caring Dr. Out of all I have seen, and I have seen well over a dozen. Dr. Napier seen my MRI and with confidence said “No problem, I can fix this” and that is exactly what he did. The surgery went perfectly, Dr. Napier checked in with me right after surgery as did his assistant surgeon and my stay in the hospital was actually very pleasant. I really hope I will not need anymore surgery for a while especially spine surgery but if I do I will definitely be seeing Dr. Napier to fix me back up :). The office staff is also awesome from everything from check ins,scheduling and taking care of edd etc.. Thank you Dr. Napier and office staff! A++ and no more pain!!

I was originally going to have my spine surgery with UC DAVIS but decided to get a second opinion. I am so glad I did! Dr. Napier is a phenomenal surgeon. His procedure was less invasive than what was originally going to be done and my recovery time was almost non existent. Spine surgery is scary. I had an artificial disk inserted in between my L5 and S1 thru my abdomen. Then I had two rods and four screws inserted in my back. I am 8 weeks post op and feel better than I ever have before. All pain is gone, I'm bending and twisting, AND I'm living a much healthier life now. I am blown away by my results and I can't thank Dr. Napier enough for what he's done for me. If you are looking to have spinal surgery, I would recommend Sierra Spine Institute 100%! Everyone is kind, caring and supportive and the process was so easy. Thank you so so so much Dr. Napier!!!!
