I went there without an appointment on an emergency basis. They had a cancellation and took me in. The staff was amazing and Doc gets a “Gold Star” for performance. Thank you everybody at Bright Now Dental!

Dr. Jeff is a great dentist! Janet runs the whole front, phones, billing, etc. Not sure how she does all of it? Love the place!

I was originally supposed to see them about 4 mos ago for my first appointment. It was rescheduled for two mos later. That appointment was also rescheduled for another 2 mos out in so basically if that appointment actually takes place it will have taken me over six mos to get into my original appointment. Add on top that I called there today because my tooth issues have me in extreme pain and need immediate attention to see if there was any possible way they could get me an emergency appointment sooner instead acting like they were interested and either trying to get me in they instead made it seem to me like I shouldn’t wait on the appointment I already have scheduled which is now down about a mos out. It honestly seemed as if that appointment wasn’t going to happen either. This has been my first and only experience with this dentist office has anyone had similar issues. It would be super odd if I were the only one having these issues. 4/19/2021.

I had a great experience. My back molar needed to be removed and when the procedure was done I did not feel any pain at all the worst part was getting the shot to numb it and really that was just a pinch. The staff was very professional and friendly.
