I was very happy with the care that I received. The front desk employee was very friendly and courteous. When I was taken to the back to be tested I was told step by step what they were doing. This set my mind at ease. When I seen Dr.Hutchins he explained what was going on with me and let me know what he felt was the best procedure for my condition. He told me that I would be fine and that he performs about 100 of these processes in a week. I trust him. Thank you CEI..

I have great confidence in Cincinnati Eye Institute and everyone is welcoming. However, the last time I was in I had an eye exam with a temporary. She did NOT know what she was doing I was very disappointed and told Dr. Hutchins I did not want to go to her anymore. She was HORRIBLE, Did not know what she was doing

The staff is very friendly and accommodating to your needs. Dr. Hutchins is a great doctor. So professional and kind. I won't ever go to anyone else. His skills and abilities are wonderful. I have improved so much under his care.
