Ronald Auer's Online Review Report Card

Saw Dr Auer for my broken kneecap at Orthocincy where I also see Dr Trimba for my back and neck issues who referred me to Dr Auer. He was very through in explaining the injury and the steps for a complete recovery. He has a caring personality and easy to talk to and understand. Did not rush the appointment and and answered all my concerns. Would recommend Dr Auer to any of my friends and those seeking a caring Ortho doc.

Dr. Auer is a very good doctor. Has a pleasant personality which helps patients feel less nervous. He ask you what kind of problem you are having. He checks out the problem. Then ha goes over best treatment that can be done for you; so you can make a decision you feel best. He makes sure see how you are doing. He really listens to your concerns. Doctors like this is what helps patients know they will can get better.

Always have a great experience with OrthoCincy and Dr. Auer was great!! My teenager was nervous and in pain and Dr. Auer was so personable, took the time to explain what was going on and what his concerns were in a way a teen could understand. He let my son choose between a cast and a boot, making him feel more a part of the process.OrthoCincy was able to get us in the same day, so we didn't have to wait to follow up after the emergency room over the weekend.

I just had my third knee surgery with OrthoCincy and Dr. Auer! I received amazing care from his nurse Blair who is kind and compassionate! She gets right back to you if you leave a message and she makes sure your taken care of!I must also say I have never received such great care from a doctor as I did from Dr. Auer! He is kind, down to earth, funny, talks to you with respect and understanding, makes sure you understand what he’s going to do and makes sure your taken care of pre op all the way through recovery! He’s the best in his field in my opinion! I would definitely refer him to all friends or family that may need Ortho services in the future!💯Thank Dr Auer and staff!! God bless!!

Yes , all staff were caring and professional — but Dr. Auer really shone thru ..... from his explanations of the situations , options , and treatment/ procedures. Best doctor appointment i have had for awhile.

Staff is friendly and is genuinely concern about any questions you ask. Appointments are easy to schedule by phone or online.Dr Auer takes time to answer all your questions and does not make you feel like you are being hurried through the appointment.

There are not enough positive words to express how amazing Dr. Auer and his staff are. Compassion is a common thread that runs through this practice. They care - really care about their patients. They make the time and take the time to explain every option you have available to you. Your health is their priority. Dr. Auer, Joe, and all the staff work together to fix your issues. They are always friendly, kind, knowledgeable, again, just not enough words.

Dr. Auer and his staff were polite, intelligent and compassionate, with personal experience from a patients perspective as far as hand, wrist and carpal tunnel is concerned. Easy to talk to and more than willing to discuss personal choices and styles of remedy, including chiropractic, acupuncture, steroids or surgery with out judgement. Appreciates your time and seems genuinely excited to help and do good in the world.

Very fast, friendly and kind service. He is very knowledgeable and made a hurtful situation enlightening and made me laugh regardless of the hurt.
