I came into Athletico with a broken humerus bone fracture in 4 places with surgery had a plate and screws put in. The first visit I was a hot mess and met Alex as my therapist he made me feel very comfortable and safe. I am so glad I got a chance to meet Tami Sarah Justin Mattie they treat you like family there. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that needs therapy of any kind. I was released today and I felt I left a piece of my heart there with them. I want to thank Alex for all the time questions reassuring and help me to get where I am today !!!

Very friendly staff. Listened to my concerns and questions. got me strengthened back to normal, and started me on a path to strengthen my body even more. Would highly recommend this place for anyone needing physical therapy.

I have been attending physical therapy at the new Athletico location in Lebanon, Indiana for 4 months due to a knee injury. I would highly recommend this location for any PT needs. The environment is always kind and supportive as staff and other patients get to know you and cheer you on when you make progress. The staff is friendly and gets to know you on a personal level. Alex, Tami, and Mady are the best!! They have found ways to motivate me and make my therapy fun, including supporting my love of One Direction and Harry Styles! I really appreciate their efforts in getting me back onto the basketball court. We will definitely use this team again for any future needs.
