My appointment was fine. The check in was fine. The nurse was wonderful. Dr. Schlie is calm makes you feel at ease. He doesn’t appear to be in a hurry and listens to any concerns you may have.

Showed up at 10:45am and wasn’t seen until 11:40. Saw a sign that said if you are 15 minutes late they will not take you and you will have to be rescheduled. Why doesn’t that apply for you guys?!? If I’m not seen in 15 minutes it’s free?? Or even 30 minutes?? Wasn’t happy with this last visit. Then tried to call to talk to someone at the front desk and all I keep getting was a service that said they would leave them a message and I didn’t hear back until next day late afternoon. ☹️☹️😫😫
