My husband was seen in 2017 for a minor issue and we just received a bill in Feb. 2020. The office secretary told me, "their computer system was down for a year and could not replace it", they did not even submit a claim to my insurance because I called to verify. I just received a statement from my insurance that they had just submitted the claim in June 2020, but you at most only have 18 months to submit an insurance claim after a service. My insurance says we are not responsible, however Dr. Pawlak's office is not backing down that they did submit a claim. I told them this is bad business and was disgusted by it, since we pay for private insurance and they should follow the rules of being in network with that insurance company.

My husband was seen by him in 2017 for ingrown toenail, we did not receive a bill until 3 years later, stating that they had computer system issues. My insurance told me they never received any claim yet they were still trying to collect from me without going through my insurance and filing a claim within the 18 month time frame. The doctor was fine, but his billing and staff is the issue.

Went to see for ankle surgery and he started yelling like a mad man about not being sued and refused to do it..thank god for Dr Clegg ...he did the surgery without problem...I would definitely advise against seeing Dr pawlak...very unprofessional

This doctor never answered any of my aunts questions. The only thing out of his mouth was "I don't know which came first, the chicken or the egg" and this was very annoying! My aunts second visit she was 13 minutes late and he refused to see her even though the waiting room was empty. The only thing this doctor did for my aunt was make her go through more pain! Do not waste your time or money on this doctor!
