Dr. Hertz was incredibly judgemental and seemed incredibly conservative and self obsessed. Not out to help the patient. Very conceited and not helpful. She walked out of our appointment without answering my questions and the nurse kept having to run and ask her for info. She couldn't have cared less.

Extremely rude to me. I called the on-call doctor which happened to be her and she made me out to be an idiot. I was very worried about contractions when I was only 21 weeks and she was very rude towards me.

She is rude. She doesn't listen to what you have to say. She treats people like they are idiots. Thinks she knows everything. Interupts people midsentence. When asking if things are normal she gets annoyed and acts as if you it isn't important right now. She is a poor provider.

I thought Dr. Hertz was a nice doctor but I do not like some of their methods. For instance, sending me a letter saying my pap came back ASCUS, I found unacceptable. It completely stressed me out. If it wasn't for the Internet is would have been worried until Monday. Absolutely ridiculous as far as that goes. Just seemed really unprofessional to me.
