My husband had chest pain. Upon arrival, the car attendant put patient in wheelchair and advised ED tech patient had chest pain. We waited in line. Family member of patient again told tech of patient with chest pain. The tech finishes on the computer and then wheels patient into ED. 2 nurses quickly obtained vitals, obtained history and started IV (only 1 IV, where I practiced we always started 2 for chest pain). Nurses were very kind and appropriate. ED doc arrived 15 min after patient in bed
