NEVER HAVE DR ON CALL ON WEEKENDS, OUT OF THE OFFICE OFTEN. ONE NURSE IN THE OFFICE TREATS YOU LIKE YOU ARE A WHINER. THEY DO NOT SHARE INFORMATION WELL. MY PROCEDURE WAS PERFORMED, I HAD SEVERE COMPLICATIONS AND WAS DISMISSED LIKE I WAS BEING DIFFICULT. WAS GIVEN MISINFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURE AND RECOVERY, WAS GIVEN NO TIME FRAME OF RECOVERY. NOT EVEN AS A LAST RESORT WILL I RETURN TO HER. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I STILL HAVE KIDNEY ISSUES

I was referred here for severe kidney pain. All dr Jacobs kept telling me was to "drink less brown colored soda." I insisted I didn't drink pop and she had no other opinions or offered any other solutions. So I left with the same pain, no solutions or how to care or manage the pain. She dismissed me due to my younger age and assumption "I drank a lot of pop"
