We love Dr Frayer. We show up to our appointment, she is on-time and always answers all of our questions. The staff there is very nice and accommodating as well. We have had both appointments that are planned out well in advance as well as last minute ones and we feel like we are treated great and with care for both. She interacts great with our kids and we have no complaints.

My son was treated at St. Joseph's hospital in Ft. Wayne IN. Susan Frayer sent him back to the Allen County jail highly hallucinated and landed up getting his head bashed up and beat up by the officers in charge.

Some physicians should not practice emergency medicine. Susan Frayer, MD is one of them. My daughter was instructed by an urgent care clinic to be evaluated at the emergency room due to a fractured tailbone and fractured vertebrate above her tailbone and was treated like an inconvenience. She actually rolled her eyes at my daughter and made her feel like she was making it up when the xrays clearly showed a couple fractures. This doctor should NOT be allowed to practice emergency medicine. One of the employees witnessed this doctors behavior and spoke with my daughter about it. My daughter will be filing a complaint again this so called physician.
