THIS MAY BE MY 2ND ENTRY REVIEW BEC. I THINK I FAILED TO POST THE FIRST SO AGAIN I REPEAT MY VISIT WAS A SMOOTH TRANSITION FROM START TO FINISH! I EXPERIENCED PROMPT PROFESSIONAL FRIENDLY EXPERT "VIP" SERVICE: NO LONG WAIT TIME FROM THE ENTRY TO EXIT WHICH WAS A REFRESHING CHANGE FROM PRE- PANDEMIC VISITS WHERE GENERALLY WITH MOST DOCTORS OFFICES THERE IS AN UNCOMFORTABLE LONG WAIT TIME AND CROWDED OFFICES. MY RECENT EXPERIENCE EVERY STEP OF THE VISITATION PROCESS FROM THE SIGN IN TO EXIT WAS QUITE PLEASANT. THE GENERAL WAITING ROOM IS ORDERLY CLEAN AND THE TV VOLUME IS NOT SO LOUD AND DISTRACTING FOR READERS . THE ROOM IS SPACIOUS ENOUGH THAT IF I CHOSE I COULD SIT BY THE FIREPLACE AND MEDITATE OR READ. WITHOUT DISTRACTION... BUT THIS DID NOT HAPPEN BECAUSE I WAS CALLED IN SOON AFTER I SAT.I OBSERVED MASKS ARE WORE BY ALL STAFF AND HAND SANITIZER IS AVAILABLE AT EVERY JUNCTURE FROM CORRIDOR TO OFFICE SIGN IN DESK-IN, WITHIN IN 5-6 MIN I WAS IN THE PREP ROOM AND ALL ALONG THE WAY AS I WAS ESCORTED TO THE CONSULTATION/EXAM TO MEET THE DOCTOR- SANITIZER IS AVAILABLE AND IN USE. DR. ARTIS ENTERED SHORTLY THEREAFTER WITHIN ABOUT 3-4 MIN WEARING HIS MASK AND AFTER CONSULTATION AND REVIEWING MY CHART SANITIZED HIS HANDS BEFORE HE EXAMINED ME. I THOUGHT WE HAD A THOROUGH CONSULTATION EXPERIENCE & I LEFT WITH NO QUESTIONS & CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF THE PLAN OF CARE AND FOLLOWUP....YET NEVER FELT RUSHED AT ANY POINT. I WANT TO MENTION A 2 PREVIOUS VISITS I MET WITH THE NEW NP-MS BRENDA AND WAS EQUALLY IMPRESSED WITH HER PROMPT PROFESSIONALISM, EXPERTISE - EASE & READINESS TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS SIMPLE AND CLEAR.. SHE HAS A PLEASANT ATTRACTIVE COMPASSIONATE PERSONALITY AS WELL. THANK YOU DR. ARTIS...ANOTHER GOOD CHOICE. I THINK YOU HAVE A KNACK FOR QUALITY.

I think the world of Dr. Artis! He is good and thorough. He also is straight-forward. I researched him well. He stood out among the rest. I have not been disappointed at all. (His office staff is wonderful!!!)
