Dr. Brown is always polite, courteous, and professional. She listens and I appreciate the answers I get in return. Whatever I ask her I can depend on her to tell me the truth. I trust her and I trust her for my health-care.

The service was great, my appointment was at 1:00pm, and I saw my doctor at 1:03pm once I had my weight and blood pressure taken.🙂

I've been a patient of hers since 3/2019 & things began nicely. I was glad to find a caring, female of color to be my Dr. She seemed interested in my Healthcare until the Covid-19 vaccine came on the scene. Every visit she asks am I vaccinated and I always reply NO and she always replies with WHY?. All 2021. After declining the vaccine 4 times she seems very uninterested in my Healthcare. I have to remind her of a surgery I had less than a year ago, she never asks abt my diet or why lab results are the way they are good or bad. My visits with her are literally less than 10 minutes long. Needless to say I won't be returning.

Dr. Brown is an amazing physician who provides great health care, listens attentively, and cares for us. She’s been my physician for 18 plus years and is the best MD in town.

Dr Brown was compassionate and easy to talk to. Her approach was practical and engaging. This was my first encounter with her and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was referred by an existing patient so I went in with doubt and some hesitation. I came out inspired - that is good healthcare.

I use to love this office and Doctor until I had contracted covid. I was sick for 8 weeks and ended up in the hospital and they discovered a aneurysm. They suggested a neurologist and also follow up with my primary doctor. Neurologist could only give me an almost a month later. so I called this office explain to them the situation and they got me in the following day I show up to my appointment they refuse to see me and had me wait in the waiting room with other people and told me that I would have to cancel my appointment and receive a telly visit until I had a negative test. Mind you I tested positive for covid 8 1/2 weeks prior and actually was awaiting my new test results for my negative. I was in panic mode having found out I had a aneurysm struggling with my health due to covid. That day was the day I switched my provider and never ever looked back. I loved Doctor Brown previously but my last 2 appointments were not helpful and I left angry and upset and feeling like my concerns and heath needs weren't being met and not even getting a referral for a specialist for the reason I was there. All my extended Family that went to her have also left due to not being able to get a appointment when needed and feeling like they were not addressed properly. It went from a 5 star to a 2 due to this.

Dr.Brown is an excellent physician. Dr. Brown explains and answer questions in detail. Staff is warm and friendly.

Wait time was short. I don’t feel the provider addressed my concerns in a serious manner. She seemed more interested in irrelevant things that didn’t have anything to do with my current chief complaint. Will not be going back. Also, my daughter had a visit with her the day before and they completely screwed up her DOB which caused even more problems picking up from the pharmacy not to mention how they take their sweet time when it comes to prescriptions. Do better Methodist.

I was seen promptly. Dr. Browm and her staff were very welcoming and polite.
