The doctor and nurse they took the time to explain things to me step by step and was waiting for me to ask questions concerning this surgery. The other stuff was also welcome and polite.I was also giving other places to help me through this process my doctor James Siatras and his nurse alone with the nutrition lady that helps you with you're dieting plan and show you things that you can eat and how to eat.They're a great team.

I can tell Dr. Siatras is a caring doctor. He didnt rush the appointment and he listened to me. He asked if I had any questions. Had a consultation with a different doctor and it didnt come close to the consultation I had with Dr. Siatras. He's definitely the doctor for me. And thank you to Linda and the rest of the stuff. Very professional and caring also.

I was nervous about the appointment, but I had several conversations with Linda and she was amazing right from the start. Dr, Siatras was genuine and stright forward with me. I feel I have my team and am ready to get down to business!

Someone important to me consulted Dr. Siatras. The doctor failed to diagnose the root cause of the problem. Instead, he urged the patient to get the type of surgery Dr. Siatras specializes in. The surgery fixed nothing. Eventually we found the true cause of the illness from another physician and the patient healed. Please do your homework before agreeing to let this doctor do your surgery; his only tool is a hammer so he believes everything is a nail.

I was referred to see Dr.Siatras last yr. and it was a blessing. He was a blessing! I was a sufferer of acid reflux, throwing up constantly, acid attacks that woke me up and also sent me to the ER many times couldn't keep anything down. My life was just upside down. My previous stomach Dr had me on prilosec for about 12 yrs and problem with that I wasn't taking the recommended dosage, I was up to 5/6 pills almost daily. He had me doing Colon/ Laparoscopic tests every yr just to tell me you've got a walnut size hernia.. but ours nothing so we'll just keep any eye on it. Well needless to say it just grew. My problems became worst. I sometimes thought I was going to DIE I couldn't handle the pain, acid attacks which felt like heart attacks, I was tired, emotionally drained. But then I went to see Dr.Siatras and my whole world changed forever! He took me under his care and REALLY listened to me and at that moment I had NEVER felt like omg.. is this really happening to me. He told me he was going to help me and fix my problems. And he did!! April 9th 2019 my life became MY LIFE again. I thank God everyday for placing this wonderful, caring, and compassionate Dr. In my life. He has given me a second chance in life and for that I'm so Blessed and will be FOREVER grateful. I'm off my heartburn medication forever now and my blood pressure meds to thanks to the surgery that I had done. Which was gastric bypass, hernia repair ( and stomach was protruding into my esophagus) now I've been so much happier, getting healthier every day and I'm LOVING every second. Thank you Dr. Siatras for everything you did for me. You'll forever be my Angle. 💜Sincerely, Lisa Medellin
