I had a medium-long wait before being called into an exam room. The medical assistant was efficient and courteous while obtaining my vitals and EKG. After a short wait, Dr. Kodenchery came into the exam room. His visit was short. The checking out process was quick and simple.

This Dr took me on as a patient when I was ignorant and rude to him and was seeing a Rush heart Dr and I asked him after being such an awful patient because I was sick to be my Dr ge now jokes about it just like me!! He is so compassionate and worries about his patients and when I had open heart surgery he was there!! I made the best decision in my life when I switched to him as my Dr because not only is his personality wonderful but he knows what he's doing and is always there for me when I need him! I made the best decision of my life when I asked him to be my Dr and am forever grateful!!

Appointment was at 2 p.m. arrived 10 minutes early. Patient was just having regular conversation with receptionist. Waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged. After weight and blood pressure we're done doctor did not come in until 2:53 p.m. upon coming in and reading my chart excused himself after asking if I had had the two tests done. I said yes. It was obvious that the test results were not in my chart and that's why he left the room. Upon his return 20 minutes later, he he said he was called by the hospital and apologized for the wait. We discussed my situation and I left. I like the doctor. Apparently communication in the office needs to be reviewed. I was in the office for an hour and a half for results

They are very detailed in asking about your health. This helps you think of things you think are unimportant. I like that the nurse listens and then the doctor comes in to review and make decisions on the provided discussion with the nurse.

DOCTOR KODENCHERY IS A WONDERFUL PHYSICIAN WHO CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS AND THEIR WELL-BEING. HE HAS A BOLD, BUT CARING MANNER AND WILL TELL YOU WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW TO HELP HIM HELP YOU (AND I LOVE THAT) WE OBVIOUSLY HAVE A BIG PROBLEM OR WE WOULDN'T BE AT THE HEART CENTER. THIS OFFICE HAS A WONDERFUL STAFF WHO ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE, KIND, AND HELPFUL.
