Dr. Garlapati is a great and competent doctor. My family has been seen this doctor for years. He is always polite and listens to you as a patient. The office staff is very polite. My only issue would be trying to get prescription refills. Sometimes it can take WEEKS to get refills or someone to call you back.

The staff are very nice and helpful, they keep the office clean and sanitized, the only improvement that I feel is needed is on your wait time. Sometimes you can wait a bit before you are actually seen which can be a bit tedious. But overall great and courteous service,

the doctor really listen to us he cares about what we say he do not paint us with a white brush in the sense. he really cares about my wife and myself health he does everything he can to make us feel comfortable.
