My husband was in the clinic for a visit with Dr Shah. The Dr was great, however The receptionist was very rude. She made it a point for everyone in the office to know that my husband could not afford his copy. When my husband told her that he forgot about having to pay a copay her response was "thats why I work and have it taken out of my check". My husband tried apologizing to her, however her attitude was so out of control. She kept telling him to sit down and wait his turn. She should not be working with the public as she has no communication skills.

The Dr was quite friendly great bedside manners and showed an interest in resolving my condition.

We just returned from Dr Shah's office. Dr Shah took great care with our concerns & listened well to responses from the pertinent questions he asked us. He also took time to solicit any questions we might still have . we look forward to follow up visits.

Although Dr. Shah is very direct, even to the point of interrupting you, he is the perfect doctor for you if you want all the dressing on the side. I met him while an inpatient. He gets the job done and does it well. If you want to discuss things a bit, he can get testy though. Wish you all good health!
