This office is disorganized, they do not return calls even when it is important unless you start calling every hour. I feel like the Dr does not care and only wants to do what he wants to do and does not take into consideration what your needs are or your illness you take your life into your own hands if you go see this doctor good luck but I definitely would not recommend if you want any help at all.

I want to discuss the ABSOLUTE RUDENESS of the worker in the window on 11/14/22, heavier young lady, pink scrubs, glasses and a messy bun! Beyond rude! I tagged along my sisters appointment and the things she was saying about patients! “I cannot deal with these people today” well toots! It’s your job! The job you picked! Talking badly about patients continually calling, they are constantly calling because while you sat here and complained they have to ensure you have time to do your actual job! Even after hanging up the phone with patients, smart comments and eye rolls! Pleas put a friendlier face at your window!

Called Dr. Reddy's office to see if they accept my medicaid and they told me yes, so I went through another 2 weeks of trying to get my doctor to fax over my insurance info with the referral and labs, finally got that done only to be told that they do NOT accept my insurance. They are also listed in my insurance networks provider list. Wouldn't recommend if you have medicaid.

Dr Reddy has always been compassionate, and accommodating to me everytime I go. It's a consistent breath of fresh air for the last six tears to have a doctor listen to what I have to say. All the MAs and Receptionist have always been pleasant and patient oriented. Don't mind this doctor appointment ever. There are some I dread, not Dr Reddy!

It's important who you have representing your business. I called to make a new patient appointment and was rudely told that I need a referral.

have had dr reddy for 11 years now, im very pleased with his care for me and gives me time to voice my concerns, staff is pleasant as well, would give 10 stars if it were possible😁

I'm in a lot of unexplained pain and so we ordered a bunch of tests, came up with me having autoimmune disease but no explanation for it, except maybe genetics...I'm 35! What genetics finally decided to kick in out of nowhere? There is inflammation and antibodies in my test result, yet glucose is through the roof, so we're not even gonna consider pre-diabetes? And I'm not even a doctor. After explaining all the aches and also he felt fluid in my knees, my MRI was denied and I found out why by receiving letter from them, which said his reasoning for the order was that "patient has weakness"! Are you serious? I'd deny that too! So all he's got is credentials to order the test and write prescriptions accordingly going off the tests, positive or negative per specific test. Waste of my insurance money!
