Jeffrey Borders's Online Review Report Card

I recently had the pleasure of going here for needed services. The staff especially the main receptionist is awesome, as well as the Dr. However, I can't rant enough how Amy she was from the office staff, she went above and beyond to get my insurance approval in order to get my scheduled and needed appointment done. It's rare nowadays that someone goes above and beyond like this especially with kindness, but then to call me long after I know the office hours are over.... just thank you. You are a sweetheart! The office isn't in the most obvious spot, but it works perfect for where they are. The Dr and his mad skills and the ultra sound tech rocked some major teamwork skills to get the job quickly, efficiently and it didn't hurt at all...👏👏👏👍💜

Dr. Border's is one of the best doctor's I've ever had. He is kind and takes his time to answer and explain your questions. He also helped me when I mentioned another medical issue I was having trouble getting addressed for month's. My other doctor's just looked and said they had no idea what it was or where to send me. It was NOT Dr. Border's responsibility to find me a doctor or a referral but he did. He may have saved my life. It came back cancer. Dr. Border's is the best as far as I'm concerned!

I saw Dr. Borders and was VERY disturbed that he threw my previous surgeon under the bus for a procedure that he did, mind you they are still collegues and may run in to each other from time to time. Very disappointed.

Dr. Borders was very nice and he took the time to talk to me about my options etc. His personal Medical Assistant is super nice, very professional and was able to schedule me for surgery only 3 days after the office visit! Talk about AWESOME! On the contrary, the front desk office staff is not really anything to "write home about". Besides the fact that they are not real friendly, bording on rude, the wait was nearly 2 hours. This was due to an emergency that my Dr. had to be at, which I found out from him when he finaly seen me. Now, isn't that the job of the front desk to let people know about things like this? Would it break your back (FRONT DESK STAFF) to inform people instead of just letting us sit for hours in the waiting room without any info. Not impressed with the front desk staff! They gave me the feeling that, as the patient, I am a nobody. So many people seem to forget that they have employment due to, in this case, patients like myself! You don't like working with people, perhaps you need to reconsider your profession!
