The service is good. They are prompt and attentive, BUT they need to really change this check in process. Noone has the gas to spend sitting in their car in the cold or heat to keep cool or stay warm. It's wasteful. I may have to start waiting until Monday to see the family doctor or go to the ER if I can't.
