They say they are open 7 days a week, but when I get there no one is there and come to find out they are closed for the day! What gives?

I was running a fever and coughing yesterday, and decided to get a covid test. The lady who administered it tried to perform brain surgery through my nostril. I left bleeding from my nose. I have had 3 tests, and nothing like this one.

Family has tried several times to go during hours posted on website and no one has been there and doors were locked during open hours. Hours need to be updated. When seen they have helped. So much for being Express.

Just needed temp checked do to having sweating and hotflashes to compare to my works and told me to go.buy my own and I'd have one un professional will not be back to this facility for any reason.

I was going to write this review and tell how awesome Kimberly Jackson was today when she saw my child. She was so thorough and nice and made sure my 9yr. old knew exactly what she was doing so she was comfortable. Well just now 1hr. after we get home from the appointment Kimberly called to tell me certain things I can do to help my daughter prevent things in the future.(she had a bladder infection) She went above and beyond if you ask me and she is exactly what a Nurse should be.
