Alexander Zemtsov's Online Review Report Card

The doctor did not listen to me, would not let me explain the history of my issue, spent a mere 7 minutes with me, and then misdiagnosed me and prescribed me medicine that has terrible effects if you don't have this issue. I went elsewhere for a second opinion and had my suspicions about the misdiagnosis verified. My visit here was one of the worst doctor visits I've ever had.

Booked a steam and extraction with Abbey and was sooo pleased! Abbey was so nice, down to earth, and very knowledgeable. She was able to make recommendations for future skin treatments and products to use based on my skin type/problems. She provided me w samples of the items she used on me which I am so excited to use. The experience was very relaxing, clean, and professional. Will definitely book future appointments with her and UDC!

It has been about 12 years or so since I saw Dr. Zemtsov. I am writing this review now because what he did to me plagues me every day. I had a mole on one of my breasts above my nipple which he removed, claiming that I "would have died" if he left it. (It was benign). I was crying as they scooped it out because it was very deep and would be a big scar, and he told me, "Don't worry, you will still be sexy." They did a running stitch, which is completely the wrong kind of stitch to do on anything that has any weight to it like the top of a breast. When they went to take the stitches out at the next appointment, it gapped wide open and had to be restitched correctly. Once it finally healed, I had a 2 inch scar and my breasts are now 2-3 sizes apart with one nipple 3-4 inches higher than the other. So besides the unprofessionalism and inappropriateness of him telling me I would still be sexy, I have now been unable to find bras that fit correctly It will live the rest of my life crooked.

When I arranged the appointment with these people, I was told that for $125 they would remove all of the skin tags I had that I wanted removed. I told them I had 6 or 8 to be removed and they assured me: "no-problem!" They made me wait for an hour to see doctor Brandi Smith, then said they had "only scheduled me for a consultation appointment" and would not waste the time to remove my skin tags. They had the nerve to demand their payment in advance and acted offensive about everything.

After I questioned that statement, the receptionist placed me on hold and asked the doctor again to be certain. She verified they would remove any I wanted for that one price... I told them I had 6 or 8 to be removed and they assured me: "no-problem!" After I arrived for the appointment, they had me wait for an hour to see the doctor - a female doctor named Smith - and then they said that they had "only scheduled me for a consultation appointment" and would not waste the time to remove my skin tags. They had the nerve to demand their payment in advance and acted offensive about everything. I requested my money back. They hesitated but finally relented... I would not use these people ever or recommend them to anyone, even an enemy...

I have been a patient of Dr. Zemtsov for years and have had a variety of procedures. He and his staff are professional, caring, and respectful. He is very knowledgable. Prices for procedures not covered by insurance are reasonable. After going to Dr. Zemtsov, I would not use another dermatologist. The quality of care I receive from Dr. Zemtsov far exceeds expectations.

I have gone to Dr. Zemtsov for various procedures for a number of years. He and his staff are professional and caring. I have always been provided with written after care instructions when appropriate. I would not go to any other dermatologist.

Dr. Zemtsov is professional and cares about his patients. I have gone to him for a number of years for various procedures. I also have used products that he personally has formulated. Dr. Zemtsov and the quality of car provided exceed expectations.
