List of Neal E. Coleman's Reviews
I really like Dr Coleman, but this office rarely calls me back when I need help. I have been in lots of pain because they failed to give me a refill on my medication, I have never experienced this kind of treatment before, it’s obvious they don’t care about their patients.
Dr. Coleman is kind and has many years of experience. He may not be a man of many words but he cuts through the fluff and has the knowledge, wisdom, restraint, and skilled hands for our best interest. I love Dr. Coleman for his patient focus care without distractions from greed or ego.
After seeing Dr Coleman for a number of years. He left AHN to practice privately, used call center to screen calls, billed medicare about $100 more per visit. He had a revolving door of clinicians. Generally had no problems with him until last few months when he hired an lpn who he trusted to dump his long term pts. For BS reasons. Don't go to this scammer
Dr. Coleman has been professional beyond words and is the reason I am still here. Without him, I could not have dealt with the constant pain. He tried a spinal stimulator, a tens machine, and finally a pain pump that another physician said he could not implant due to all the hardware in my back. With that and medication, my horrific pain became manageable. Those people giving negative reviews, are for the most part, ones whom were denied opioids. An extremely competent and caring physician.
Back pain Dr.
I have been a patient of Dr. Colemen's for several years. He was able to implant a pain pump when another pain specialist said it was impossible. Over the years, I have found him to be compassionate and caring about my welfare. Would highly recommend him. They desperately need to replace their answering service.
Dr. Coleman an his team are the best
Dr. Coleman is great, but his office staff have no clue as to what they are supposed to do or what is going on. I am in severe pain & waited over an hour after my appointment time to see the PA. I was in terrible pain & nauseous by the time I was seen. No explanation was given for the delay. Then my procedure was scheduled for Oct 12 and they called & moved it to the 26th because Dr. Coleman was off on the 12th.
He will feed you pain meds for years cause you to depend on them and if you make one mistake he will drop you no questions asked and not care what happens to you
If there was a zero star I would put it on there. They can not get their records straight and keeps messing them up. Appointments have been rescheduled that was not supposed to be. The surgery that was needed got canceled when it wasn't supposed to be. They promise to fix it but never do . They will tell you to go talk to one person and that person will send you to someone else. They will not give you a name of a person to talk to. Also, you can not get ahold of them by phone. This is the short version. Was told if you get mad than they will kick you out and no longer be a patient.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
