I knew knee replacement was a rough and fast recovery process and I expected to be pushed. Honestly they have been kind and compassionate and listened to me about issues. I’m still early in the recovery but I’m on track even with a small setback. They’re happy with me and I’m thrilled and thankful for them. I’m expecting to be back to work by week four. They support my efforts. Great experience overall!

Everyone has been really nice and my knee replacement surgery went well.

I appreciated that Dr Jaggers was not quick to recommend surgery. He listened closely to what I needed in the present and stated my options clearly. He also asked key questions that helped me make my decision. Then he left future treatments for a later date since he will monitor my progress. Dr Jaggers and the entire staff were personable, upbeat and helpful. I honestly have never had a more pleasant experience in a doctors office. They are all very friendly and kind.

Don’t Waste Your Time!

Dr. Jaggers. Is an amazing surgeon and and physician. He surrounded himself with a very strong team, Monica, Tyler, Blanca, Kim, and Alecia and PT Robert. Dr. Jaggers, and the team have outstanding patient service. They care about you and really provide the help you need to make your experience and recovery successful. It’s been a year since my first surgery and 5 months since my second surgery. They just send you follow-up emails to make sure all is well. When I think about my surgeries and my new knees all I can do is smile. The whole experience and the results were outstanding. Thank you Dr. Jaggers and this team for giving me a freedom to have the mobility to play with my grand children and enjoy life again. Dr. Jaggers and his team gave me two knees that are so much more than I could ever have imagined or dreamed of. Thank you will never be enough for this new lease on life you provided.

Dr J is great. He thoroughly explains what he is doing, and why. He makes sure you feel comfortable with the steps taken, and builds a recovery program to allow you to fully heal.

Overall I had a very good experience with Dr. Jaggers. I tore my patella tendon which is basically a 1 year long process. He did a nice job explaining things, has a great bedside manner and makes you feel like a valued patient. Almost a year later and i'm basically back to normal .he also worked with the PT closely which was very important, as the PT side is a tough process just because of it's nature. - 1/2 a star because of a questionable referral to dr. snead who I didn' t have a good experience with and for his PA's who were cold and unpleasant at times.

Excellent Doctor. Very conscientious and caring

I found Jaggers to be an excellent doctor. This guy is as honest as they come, you can trust everything he says. I feel he has genuine concern for me and the success of my surgery. He is empathetic on the impact to my family. Excellent attitude and personality, great listener, answers all questions, and is honest about expected outcomes. Most importantly, my surgery went well and the outcome was (so far) great. His staff is also well mannered. I would recommend Jaggers to anyone.

I have really enjoyed my experience with Jaggers. He is incredibly open and honest - about the situation, his experience, the procedure results, expectations, and his recommendations - this guy does not blow smoke. He takes the time to listen to me and my concerns and answers my questions, and I have a lot of them! He has great bedside manners and just an overall great attitude. My complex knee surgery went exactly like he predicted and turned out great. I would recommend him to anyone.
