It’s a SCAM. Go somewhere else. Our child went there for a COVID test in Jan 2022. They charged $185 for the test and they ALSO CHARGED $145 for an office visit. Our child was ONLY there for the test… nothing more.

I've been to WellNow a couple of times now and I absolutely love it! No long wait times, everyone there is so kind and caring! I'm actually about to be taking my daughter there today for a visit since she's been sick the last day and a half. I'm sure she'll get the treatment I got when she gets there today!

Would have given it a ZERO if I could, went there at 4:40 on a Saturday (hours are 8-8 7 days a week) lights off and doors locked!!! Urgent Care….. guess not!!!! Heath care in 2022 is a JOKE!!!!!

First off, VERY clean, nice facility. I was greeted immediately, checked in and was in an exam room in no time. Staff was very efficient and thorough. I will most certainly go to WellNow Urgent Care again!

Everyone from the reception area all the way through to the end of the visit were wonderful, I was very sick and everyone was kind, quick, and so compassionate! Definitely recommend!

AMAZING CREW, ALWAYS CLEAN AND FRIENDLY! AND THE PROVIDERS ALWAYS PROVIDE ME WITH GREAT INFO AND MEDICATION IF NEED BE TO HELP ME OUT!

My own doctor wouldn't see me unless I tested negative for covid and flu. Well now had no problem giving me the tests and treating me. Thank you Well Now. Your team is knowledgeable and professional.

I like the Drs. And staff at WellNow.Very nice and attentive on ones needs and concerns. One thing I didn't care about was the new owners made me come back the next day with an appointment instead of seeing me when I went in the first time. I drove from Eaton to be seen. One car in the lit besides mine n they had an hour yet before closing. People went there because you could walk in not wit for an appointment. I still had to wait when I went in the next day with a so called appointment. Go back like it use to be please. Thank you I like the Drs.
