List of Illinois Dermatology Institute's Reviews
The doctor and his team are the best! I had some concerns and the doctor gave me the best treatment. Since then I feel confident without wearing makeup. I recommend them over any other place.
Everyone was very professional and helpful with everything I needed and it made my visit very pleasant, Dr Desi have the best bedside manor I feel very comfortable talking to him thank you Everyone
Very professional & friendly staff
Very kind team of professionals from beginning to end. Dr. Walter’s has a calm demeanor and a way of making you feel comfortable.
Unethical billing practices, poor patient advocacy, no customer service, operates under legal loop holes as a private practice, they require full payment of services without prior consent or an explanation of benefits, they lie about what they say and do to customers. Never have I ever been sent a receipt for a payment I didn't authorize for a full bill that I was not aware of with a section clearly showing a balance carryover section of up 120 days before debt collections and with the supposed stipulation that I was not required to have this experience as a new patient even though they clearly stated that I could not be seen unless I put a card flon file for a copay which I was told was $0, not $148.87. This is frustrating on various levels. I'm so tired of this society.
Very professional drs and staff!
My appointment was at 9:00 was taken early actually out of office by 9:00. Everyone is friendly and professional. They are very knowledgeable.
Reached out to their office to schedule a new patient appointment for a skin check. Was given information that I later found out was 100% incorrect once I arrived for my appointment. The woman at the front desk was very rude and was not able to clarify any of the misinformation I had received. Customer service there is terrible. Do not go here unless you want to be given the run around and improperly charged
I’m very pleased with the service here. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Dr Luke has addressed each one of my concerns and needs. I’m very happy with my results of my treatments. I highly recommend this office. Thanks 😊
Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Allison Moy gave me a very thorough exam. She asked me questions and also let me talk about my concerns. She had to biopsy a few moles that she thought were suspicious. She is the nurse practitioner and had the doctor come in before she did the biopsy to make sure. She called me as soon as the results were in. All good results, btw. I was also able to get an appointment right away, and for these reasons I highly recommend IL dermatology Institute.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
