My family has been patients for 30 years. Highly professional, experts in dental care and extremely friendly. When my mom couldn't physically make it to an appointment, Dr. Meister offered to come to her home for care. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this practice!

I do not recommend, I’ve never met a staff more rude. They wear their racism on their sleeves. I do not recommend anyone come to this facility. It’s so many other orthodontist in the area. Seek others let this be your last resort.

This dental office required me and my family to pay all fees upfront; even though they were an in network provider. The insurance company notified me that this office should not be charging me upfront for insurance covered treatment. Moreover, the dental office refuse to provide me and my family with any further treatment due to the fact that we inquired as to why we were being required to pay upfront. The Finance Manager is a very unprofessional individual to deal with in this regards.

I would not recommend..during covid i lost my job and ins. Had to get kids on medicaid, sent my daughter to dr Meisters office they said she had to pay $75 for xrays and had to have a mouth cancer screening..which medicaid did not cover..i sent the money they did the checkup and cleaning, she had several cavities she is moving to california and needed to get the 4 fixed that medicaid covered..well they didnt have any apts b4 july 23rd so i made her an apt somewhere else. We needed the xrays we paid for and when she went in to drop off the release they said they cancellations and she could have gotten them taken care of even though they never let us know that they just didnt want her going anywhere else or to give her the xrays...so they said they would email to the other dentist..she went to the other dentist and they didnt get the email with xrays i had to call and when they did they couldnt read them too small and dark they showed her. I called and rold them and the girl didnt care.

I get so much anxiety from going to the dentist. This office is amazing! Everyone is so courteous and empathetic. I felt comfortable there. I will go back and I suggest YOU try it too. I hate to say pleasant, lol, but it was the best it could get. Thank you Dr Miller, Dr Meister and all of the kind people that work there. Great dentists! The staff rocks and they care.

Dr. Meister is the best. I had no pain after my tooth extractions. The staff is knowledgeable and made my visit very comfortable. Thank you to all.

Dr. Meister has a great chair side manner. He listens to his patients and builds a patient/provider relationship that helps throughout the entire orthodontics period.

I went in for a cleaning. Called three weeks in advance to have my insurance ran and added to my file. When my appointment came up, I went in and turns out that they had never added it even though I had called a couple of weeks before my appointment to make sure they had all my insurance info and was told it was added and good to go. Once all that was settled, I was told I needed to have xrays done, and a full exam to see what all needed to be done. Once that was done the dental hygienist tells me that I need to have a full mouth debridement. I said ok, will this be covered by my insurance, she says "I would have to check with your insurance" and she leaves and comes back a few minutes later and tells me that she had to call the insurance company to check and she tells me that they told her that it would cover only 80 percent and I would have to pay 20 out of pocket. I ask, ok, how much is that, she then tells me it'll be 22 dollars and some change. I said ok, let's do it. She goes about her business, does the procedure, sets a follow up appointment for me to come in for a regular cleaning, I pay my dues and they send me on my way. A week later I get a bill from my insurance provider in the amount of 375 dollars! I immediately call the dental office and they tell me that they had billed out the exam I received initially and the procedure they did incorrectly and that that's why I was being charged. I said ok, take care of that because this is definitely not my fault. The receptionist I spoke to tells me that she would look in to it and call me back. Couple days later I call in to check in and to get a statues update, she tells me that the insurance wasn't covering the procedure because of the way the office sent in the claim. According to my insurance, a full mouth debridement cannot be done on the same day as an exam so at this point it's definitley clear that this was on the dental offices fault for not handeling this correctly. I should've been told that I would either have to come back to have the debridement done or they shouldn't have billed it out on the same day. So a lady named Julie takes it upon herself to appeal the insurances denial to cover the procedure. After a week and a half I call in and she still had to answer for me as to what was going to happen. I received a letter from the insurance company today saying that they stand by their denial and they would not be covering the procedure due to the procedure and exam being done on the same day. I immediately called the office and demanded they resolve this matter. They proceeded to tell me that the information they had given me initially about what my insurance covered was only an estimate and that it wasn't a for sure thing. I immediately loose it at this point. How are you going to tell me that all I have to pay is 20 percent and my insurance would cover the other 80, I pay my portion, this happens, and now u tell me that it was only an estimate!? No! I'm sorry but no! This is your mess up for not billing this out correctly, you openly admitted you're mistake from the gate and now you wanna tell me that this is now my responsibility and that I will have to pay 375 dollars because of your error!? And even my insurance company is saying that this is on you for not handling this correctly!? And to top it off u wanna have the balls to tell me that if I don't pay this you will send me to collections!!? I'm sorry but u better believe you will not be pawning off your error on me! Better believe my family nor myself will be setting foot in that place again. And you definitley will be eating this one up because I refuse to be treated this way and I refuse to be penalized for your mistakes.

I came here for a second opinion. I was pleased with the knowledge base and professionalism I received. I felt an ease of well-being. These people are genuine kind caring and compassionate. they will guide you through the steps for a beautiful smile you can be proud of for years to come. thank you dr. Meister and staff love love it here. He is now my dentist : )
