Munster Distinctive Dentistry, Llc & Orthodontics's Online Review Report Card

On 06/24. I had a consultation with Westville Office with Stephanie! We went over everything etc to getting braces, was told I had to make a $191 payment towards PLACEMENT fees. I was told by the orthodontist that I would’ve had to have two teeth removed which I freaked out about and opted out of braces. I made the payment but never proceed with the braces I opted out within 25 minutes of them receiving my payment! Which they refused to return. SARAH CRISWELL told me on the phone while laughing at me and telling me they took my $191 due to wasting their time and would send me back $41 I then received a check in the mail four days later for $41. She was sooo adamant about me owing them that money towards X-rays (which my insurance would’ve covered) but still wanted to send me $41 because I begged her to not keep my money since you know I have two kids mouths to feed and they STOLE from me. I have sent numerous emails, calls etc and NO OKE can give me an answer or show me in contact that I owed them that money! It was the most hurtful thing anyone could’ve done to me! On top of saying it was for wasting their time which I HAVE IN VOICEMAIL FROM my phone call with SARAH. I will not recommend at all!!!!!!!

Lilly is amazing. She had to re-bond the wire for my retainer. She did an amazing job. It was smooth easy process. I definitely recommend seeing her.

I had an awesome experience with Sarah J, I highly recommend her if you are going to this dentist for cavity fillings etc!!!!!

I love Kathy, my hygienist, she always makes sure I’m okay and gives my teeth the extra clean they need. I’ve gone to Munster dentistry since I moved and I would say they are the best place I’ve been too.

Great staff that is always super kind and accommodating!!! Kathy was super fast with my cleaning.

Munster Distinctive Dentistry has amazing Dentists and hygienists (Kathy is our family favorite). I have 3 autistic children who need different levels of support and I wouldn't take them anywhere else. We have had teeth cleaned, X-rays, filings, caps, and 2 lip ties fixed there over a 6 year period (we go every 6 months for cleanings and to make sure there are no cavities, my 2 non verbal kids can't tell me if they have issues). The receptionists are great too, when I called because my son had mouth pain they made sure he was seen as soon as possible. It isn't easy to take my kids to the dentist but with the staff there it is always a positive and beneficial experience.

Recently went there for cleaning and Invisalign treatment. Everyone was very professional. Melissa my hygienist, was spectacular. She is very informative and friendly which makes the process comfortable. Dr. Holosko is also wonderful, she always makes my family feel at home. She took out my wisdom teeth a few years ago and did a great job with the whole operation. Me and my brother always left the office with no cavities. Highly recommend this place.

From the time that you walk into the building, you are greeted by the absolute most nice and genuine people. I felt immediate confidence in their abilities during my initial evaluation. I had a little pain during my first treatment, they took my concern serious, didn't make me feel ashamed, and addressed my pain immediately. Kaylee and Dr. Falasz are so attentive and caring. This place is awesome!!! I recommend it to children and adults alike! You won't be disappointed!

Great place extremely friendly, clean, and helpful. Recently had Kathy and she was great. Definitely recommend!
